Watermelon "Cake"!

Hi there! I just wanted to add a quick post about this yummy Watermelon "Cake" we had for my sister’s birthday! (No cake necessary!)

It is so simple! I cut the top and bottom of the watermelon off to give it a flat surface to stand on. Then carved out a cylindrical/cake shape and covered it in my favorite whipped icing! I decorated with some sliced strawberries and blueberries and served it chilled. It is a fun and refreshing way to serve watermelon!
