Mini Cupcake Bath Bombs

This was my first all cupcake bath bomb batch! These have been the most popular of the bath bomb bunch. Typically I make small hearts and mini bombs and I will make the cupcakes with what is left over. However, my manicurist tells me the cupcakes are always the first to sell, so, I decided to dedicate a double batch to just cupcakes! The colors remind me of Smarties!
