Embroidery Hoop Wreath

Since I was already re-purposing my dried roses, I decided to put all my dried flowers and foliage to good use! I was originally going to add some greenery to last year’s Star Wreath, but it just didn’t look right :/ So I did some searching and found a super easy DIY wreath. I picked up an embroidery hoop at Hobby Lobby for a whopping $2, gathered the flora and began to hot glue!

All that is left is to hang it on my door!

Should I paint the wooden hoop black...?

I caved! I just had to paint it black. I used a black acrylic paint.

Note: Paint the embroidery hoop prior to hot gluing on your foliage! (hind-sight)

It now matches my home, Christmas tree and my little black heart!
